Day1

Addis Ababa: Arrive at Bole International Airport and Transfer to the hotel for check-in. The city tour of Addis Ababa includes Merkato, Africa’s largest market, the National Museum of Ethiopia, and the ethnographic museum. Overnight Hotel- Addissinia Hotel

Day2

Addis-Debrezeit Crater Lakes-Awash National Park: Start the morning by driving to Awash National Park Via Nazareth, the beautiful DebreZeit Crater Lake Beseka , and the Rift Valley Land escape. Proceed to Awash National Park for game viewing. In the late afternoon, explore the Awash National Park, home to mammals such as Oryx, Lesser Kudu, Hamadryas Baboon, Olive Baboon, Vervet Monkey, and more. Overnight at Hotel in Awash town or lodge in Awash national park.

Day3

Semera: Start the day by driving to Semera, enjoying the upper Rift valley landscape in Ethiopia. The afternoon will be for collecting permits to visit the region and contact the office for a local guide & Scout service.

Day4

Afdera: Start the morning by driving to Lake Afdera (-103m), listed as the lowest lying in the world. It is a stunning apparition, with its emerald-green waters overshadowed by the looming black basalt of mounts Berah Ale & Afdera.

Day5

Dodhom-Erta Ale: Start the morning by driving to Dodhom and walking to Erta Ale (613 m Volcanic hill) camping. At night, visit the volcanic eruption.

Day6

Hamd Ella: Start the day by driving to Hamd Ella to Visit the salt mines & camel caravans.

 Overnight- Camping

Day7

Dallol Excursion: Start the morning by driving to Lake Asale (Salty Lake) and proceed to Dallol & enjoy the spectacular view and small hill with colorful hot springs. 

Overnight-Camping at Berah Ale.

Day8

Mekelle: Start the day by driving to Mekele (the capital of Tigray Region). 

Overnight- in a hotel

Day9

Mekele Rock hewn Churches: Excursion to Mekele Rock hewn Churches

Day10

Fly back to Addis Ababa: Fly back to Addis Ababa and have a farewell party with cultural dinner and local drinks to experience Ethiopia’s cultural meals and drinks.
