Booking Process
To place a booking with us, the lead guest must be at least 16 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on our website. Where the person making the booking is different from the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival, and damages as set out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third-party visitors are only allowed access with our express permission.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, the neighborhood, and the accommodation at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if guests are not honoring the set agreement or causing a disturbance/nuisance to other guests, the neighborhood, or the accommodation.
Check-in & Check-out
Guests must check in and check out by the times stated below;
- Check-in: 14:00hrs (early and late check-in accepted on the day of arrival if needed)
- Check-out: noon local time
CancellationÂ
Guest who needs to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible.Â
- Cancel your Booking 48hrs prior to the date of arrival.
In a rare event, for circumstances that are beyond our control, we may need to cancel your booking with us. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to letting you know in advance if possible.

Wi-Fi Fair & Appropriate Usage Policy
Where Wi-Fi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.
The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, and light video/music/media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, and extensive downloads/uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.

Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused during a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, and damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost key/access cards will incur a replacement charge of $10.00 per key/access card lost.
Any property left behind by guests during a stay, if discovered, will be held for 1 month. While we will make our best effort to reunite lost property with its owner, we accept no responsibility for replacing lost items and encourage guests to thoroughly check their rooms before checking out. We may offer postal delivery for an extra charge if local collection cannot be arranged. Guest must contact the property via email in such an event.
Smoking
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, and snuff, is only allowed outside of the hotel and is per Ethiopia's Food and Medicine Administration Proclamation No. 1112/2019

Pets & Service Dogs
 Pets are not allowed throughout the accommodation, except for service dogs.Â

Parking
We have very limited on-site parking. All Guests park their vehicles at their own risk. The hotel will not be liable for any kind of damage to the vehicle or lost property.Â

Even though we have very limited accessible features in our hotel at the moment, we are working to incorporate more accessible designs soon.

Your Personal Details & Privacy
We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 16 who stay with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport numbers, and place of issue. Â
Our policy surrounding the personal details you provide as part of any booking or inquiry through this website / or a third-party website, including the privacy of those details is explained and set out in our Privacy Policy.
You accept that any entries you make on our site will not contain personal information or details you would not want to be disclosed.

Our Right To Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund, or reimbursement if the above terms and conditions are breached.
